For Xin Invoice Standard version, there are 4 modules involve inventory,
- Inventory module
- Quotation module
- Invoice module
- Reporting module
In order to use the inventory, we need to create the all the inventory using the inventory module. When using the quotation and invoicing module, we should select the inventory from the inventory database instead of using free text typing. By this way, the inventory information like inventory code, pricing, description will be pull from the inventory database. By using inventory module, we will able to generate inventory popularity report to let us know the most popular inventory.
