The delay is most probably due to paypal verification. Once the verification done, the online purchase system will send product key to your registered email account automatically. The product key will be send to you by using
sales@xincube.com by default with email title "
Purchase of Xin Invoice xxxxxxx", we also will send you the product key using
xincube@gmail.com. Please
check your junk/spam mail folder as well.
